Occupy Wall Street – Organized? Or Just A Coincidence?

Occupy Wall Street – a sign of the times and on everyone’s mind. It sits there….lurking. Is this a flash in the pan or is this something larger and more orchestrated? While on Twitter the following blog came to my attention and I think it is a very good in-depth look into the deep ties between Occupy Wall Street and the unions, ACORN, and paid professional organizers. The blog is The Bold Pursuit, a conservative website that gets its title from this quote by Thomas Jefferson: “I was bold in the pursuit of knowledge, never fearing to follow truth and reason to whatever results they led, and bearding every authority which stood in their way.”

John Wayne Tucker, a former Missouri candidate for U.S. Congress, discusses the history of movements such as Occupy Wall Street as they potentially relate to Communism and the Russian Revolution. I sincerely hope this is a temporary expression of national angst, and while I also sincerely believe in the right of folks to protest, I WILL be glad when Wall Street is unoccupied. Give it a read, it is worth it!
